Irrigated Lands Program Portal:
 www.subwatershed.com

The state of California has required that all records for the irrigated land regulatory program be kept online from this point forward. The Lake County Farm Bureau aims to create the most user-friendly and cost efficient interface that complies with the state’s request.

The new online portal is accessible at www.subwatershed.com and will be used for all records  related to the irrigated lands program including nitrogen management and billing. To access your account you are required to input a username and password specific to you.

Your username will be your first name with the first letter capitalized followed by your last name with the first letter capitalized and no spacing.
As an example this would look like:
Username: JohnDeere

Following your first initial login, the portal will prompt you to change your password to something more specific and convenient for you. From there you will be able to input field information including nitrogen management plans, well information, Field names, and more.

This portal is meant to be convenient for you while still complying with the state. The system is user-friendly but should you have any problems please contact the LCFB office. We know that this transition may be difficult for you and we are here to help in anyway we can. If you need to schedule an over the phone appointment to go through the system, that is always an option.

We hope that all members will have a quick and somewhat easy transition and we wish you the best.
