Brenna Sullivan grew up in Kelseyville and graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a B.S. in Geology and Earth Sciences. She is currently working on a Masters in Geosciences from Ohio University. Since taking her current role in 2015, Brenna has been active representing Lake County farmers and ranchers on a number of state and local issues, and implementing cost-saving programs in the Irrigated Lands Regulatory Program.
Rebecca Harper has worked with the LCFB since 2019. Her primary duties have included Irrigated Lands billing and assisiting with the roll-out of the ILRP Data Management Tool. Rebecca is pursuing an Ag major at Oklahoma State and hopes to be an ag lawyer at the conclusion of her education
